What do I need to sign up?

1. A name like "bestcorp". You find this name in every link, e.g. https://bestcorp.blochub.com . Bookmark this link once you created your BlocStac. You cannot change the name after sign up

2. An email account on Gmail or Yahoo or a Facebook account. We make it easy for you to sign in and don't require any new login/password. Instead, all users of BlocStac sign in with their existing email accounts from Gmail or Yahoo.

Who is the Administrator?

The person who creates the BlocStac at https://my.blocstac.com/customer/signup is the administrator. There is only one administrator and it cannot be transferred to an other user.

How can I remove a User?

The administrator can set a user inactive on the home of the user. Inactive users cannot access anymore your BlocStac and they are not counted for your price plan. Because inactive users might have edited some Blocs, you cannot remove them completely.

Can a user switch the login from e.g. Google to Facebook?

Nope, this is not yet possible. We are planning that a user can add a second login so he can login with e.g. either Google or Facebook. As always, if this is important to you, drop us a This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
